Refund & Return Policy

At Belina Cologne, we want you to love your contemporary fashion and lifestyle pieces. Because we operate within the European Union, you are fully protected by EU consumer laws, and we offer a transparent 14-day return window. 

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you) physically received the goods, for any reason and without justification. 

To exercise your right to return, you must inform us of your decision by contacting our customer care team at hello@belinacologne.com. 

2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a full refund, the returned items must be in their original condition:
• Unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Complete with all original brand tags attached
• Kept in their original packaging

Items returned to us without prior notice via email cannot be processed. 

3. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the direct shipping costs for returning the items to our headquarters. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, misprinted, or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@belinacologne.com within 14 days with a clear photo of the issue. In these cases, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not have to pay for return shipping.

5. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
• Fully personalized or custom-made items (e.g., products printed with custom names, custom text, or personal photographs requested by you).
• Items unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons (such as face masks or specific intimate accessories).
• Gift cards.

Please note: Standard products featuring our original designs that are bought on sale ARE fully eligible for returns under EU law.

6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
